    I find it completely unacceptable that a hotel would allow guests to use a bathroom with broken accessories and a hazardous shower stand. It reflects a blatant disregard for guest comfort, safety, and overall satisfaction. The lack of attention to detail and the hotel’s failure to rectify these issues promptly is a clear indication of their lack of professionalism and commitment to guest experience.
